Yvonne Rothblum joined the Ombudsman team in November 2016. She has worked in both the public and private sectors. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in Spanish from Arizona State University. Yvonne completed the New Ombudsman training prescribed by the United States Ombudsman Association (USOA) and has taken the Council on Licensure, Enforcement & Regulation (CLEAR) training.
